What should I include?
Whatever you have. The problem alone is enough: what's slow, what's manual, what breaks. If you have scope documents, designs, or an existing system, links help, but nothing is required for a first conversation.
We already have developers. Can you work with them?
Yes. We regularly plug into in-house teams and take over or extend existing systems. Say so in the message and we'll shape the conversation around fitting in, not replacing anyone.
