API Integration Services

Your CRM, your accounting tool, your platform, and your spreadsheets all hold a piece of the truth. We connect them so data moves itself and your team stops re-keying it.

What are API integration services?

API integration services connect separate software systems, like a CRM, an ERP, a payment provider, or an internal database, so they exchange data automatically. Eclipse Dev Studios scopes, builds, and monitors these connections, and develops custom APIs when your own platform needs to expose one.

01Scope

What We Connect

CRMs and sales tools. Leads, contacts, and deal data synced with the systems that act on them.
ERPs, accounting, and operations. Invoices, inventory, and orders flowing without manual exports.
Payments and billing. Checkout, subscriptions, and reconciliation wired into your platform.
AI services. Practical AI features inside your workflow, like FWDLUX AI, where we integrated AI document processing to turn PDFs into editable Excel schedules in seconds.
Your own systems. Internal tools and databases that were never designed to talk, made to.
02The work

Four Kinds of Integration Work

Third-party integration. Connecting your platform to software you already use, respecting each vendor's API limits and quirks.
Custom API development. Building the API your own product needs to expose to customers or partners, documented and versioned.
Automation and middleware. The glue layer that watches for events and moves data between systems on its own.
Rescue work. Fixing integrations that "mostly work": silent failures, duplicate records, and syncs nobody trusts anymore.
03Reliability

Why Integrations Fail (and How We Build Them)

Most integrations are demos that got promoted. They break on rate limits, timeouts, auth expiry, and edge-case data, and they fail silently. We build them like production software:

Error handling and retries for every call that can fail, which is all of them.
Logging and alerting, so a broken sync tells someone instead of quietly corrupting data.
Idempotency, so a retried job never creates duplicate records.
Documentation, so the connection isn't a mystery only one developer understands.
FAQ

Questions We Get Asked

Which systems can you integrate?

Anything with an API, which today is most business software: CRMs, ERPs, accounting tools, payment providers, marketing platforms, AI services, and internal databases. During discovery we audit the APIs on both ends, flag limits and gaps, and give you the plan before you commit.

What if one of our systems has no API?

There are honest workarounds: file-based exchange, database-level access, or in the worst case, automated form entry, each with trade-offs we'll spell out. Sometimes the right answer is replacing that one system, and we'll tell you when it is rather than build on sand.

Can you build a custom API for our platform?

Yes. If your product needs to expose data to customers, partners, or mobile apps, we design and build the API itself: authentication, versioning, rate limiting, and documentation, the same discipline behind our web application builds.

How do you keep an integration from silently breaking?

Monitoring is part of the build, not an extra. Every integration we ship logs what it does and alerts someone when a sync fails, so problems surface in minutes rather than showing up as a mystery in next month's reports. We also stay on for maintenance as the connected systems evolve.

How much do API integration services cost?

Integration projects start at $5,000, and depend on how many systems, how much data, and how complex the mapping between them is. A free discovery conversation gets you a fixed quote and timeline. Integration scopes are usually smaller than full application builds.

Which Systems Should Be Talking?

Name the tools that still need a human to copy data between them. We'll audit both ends and quote the connection.
