Turning lighting-schedule PDFs into editable spreadsheets in seconds
FWDLUX takes the manual work out of lighting schedules. Upload a PDF, get an editable Excel schedule back in seconds, on a self-serve subscription platform Eclipse designed and built.
In the lighting industry, schedules arrive as PDFs, and turning one into an editable spreadsheet means re-typing rows of data by hand. FWDLUX set out to remove that step: let a user upload a document and get a clean, editable schedule back in seconds, with the workflow around it feeling effortless.
Eclipse built FWDLUX as a Next.js web app where AI extraction is the feature. Work is organized into projects and schedules with a global command-palette search, uploads are metered by plan so lapsed plans prompt an upgrade, sign-in runs a two-step email-then-password flow, and billing is self-serve across Free, Pro, and Business tiers on monthly and yearly terms.
FWDLUX ships as a working SaaS. Instead of re-typing lighting schedules by hand, a user uploads a PDF and gets an editable spreadsheet back in seconds, on a self-serve platform that handles accounts and billing on its own.
