A coaching methodology delivered as a subscription app for athletes

Premier Mindset Program coaches the mental side of athletic performance through playbooks, exercises, assessments, and live classes. That method lived in the room with a coach, not in the athlete's pocket, and the paid content had to stay protected without feeling like a wall.
Eclipse built a Flutter app on Firebase with a custom Vimeo player that relays play state over a JavaScript channel, guided playbooks with enroll and mark-complete tracking, assessments drawn as line graphs, coach-assigned content on the home screen, and a two-tier subscription that keeps the paywall in sync with what a user paid for.
The methodology now ships as a product. Athletes work through playbooks, take assessments, join live classes, and follow coach-assigned content from one app, all behind a subscription that meters access by tier. Premier Mindset Program is live on the App Store and Google Play.
